Some of our current corporate contracts
BVL have been responsible for the catering servicing and repairs for a large government building in South Wales since December 2021.
This contract has 2 large scale commercial kitchens and 2 coffee shops, located on 3 separate sites.
In 2025, we were appointed by the new facilities management company on site, and we have included the catering refrigeration assets in our servicing contract
We understand the importance of keeping these kitchens operational, with 2 maintenance visits scheduled per year, to ensure the appliances are safe & legally compliant.
Facilities Management Company – Multi-Site Contract
Since 2022, we have supported Swansea City Football Club. This multi-kitchen site includes six fast food outlets, five event kitchens, two production kitchens and numerous bars within the Swansea.com Stadium, alongside two additional commercial kitchens at the club’s training facilities.
From our very first engineer call-out, we have been committed to providing a fast response whenever required, including on match days.

At the beginning of 2026, we started working with AU Vodka at their headquarters in Swansea supporting their commercial kitchen.
From catering appliance call outs to a more recent dishwasher installation, we have been committed to providing a quick attendance and turn around time for this site to ensure the kitchen is operational for the on-site staff and the café that is now open to the public.
