Connect and Commission
BVL Catering Repairs can help with everything from a one off appliance installation to a complete commercial kitchen installation.

With extensive knowledge and experience, alongside a clear pricing structure, we offer a cost effective solution for your installation requirements.
All installations are completed to the highest standards, ensuring your kitchen meets the latest regulations and industry standards.
Our engineers are fully Rational trained to ensure your combi oven is installed to the manufacturer’s specification, including the correct heat proof drainage, ventilation requirements and external tundish.
Correct installation also safeguards the manufacturer’s warranty should an engineer be required during the first few years.
As you don’t sell equipment, how does the installation process work?
In today’s competitive market, the most cost effective option for buying catering appliances is often online. As a result, we have chosen not to sell commercial catering appliances, keeping our pricing transparent with no hidden commission fees.
A site survey is completed to advise on the most suitable appliance for your business, based on your expected usage and available budget. The survey will also confirm if any additional works are required, for example drain alterations or upgraded power supplies.

A clear installation quote is then provided, ready for you to order your appliance directly. Once you have a delivery date, just let us know and we will arrange a convenient time to connect and commission your new appliance.
This is a popular and cost-effective option with our clients. It really is that easy.
So why pay more when it is not required?
Kitchen installation project at Kennexstone Farm
One of the larger projects completed by BVL – a full commercial kitchen installation at Kennexstone Farm when they added a new purpose-built café to their campsite in 2023.
With involvement from the very beginning, from the 1st initial site survey to the commissioning and kitchen handover.
We started by agreeing kitchen design layouts and advising on the most suitable catering appliances for the business, based on their usage and budget.
The client has then purchased the catering appliances and arranged for the items to be delivered direct to site.
Following the delivery, our engineers have attended to complete the installation, to include the connection and commissioning of the catering appliances, issue of a commercial catering gas certificate and a full appliance demonstration on handover.
This project has also included the installation of the utilities to the kitchen, including the full gas pipework, plumbing services and the gas interlock system.
